The homeowners in Country Glen pride themselves in their community, and accordingly remind you that any changes, additions or modifications to the exterior of your home require approval prior to commencement. This includes landscape modifications, driveways, hurricane shutters, etc. Attached is an architectural application that needs to be filled out and returned to our office for approval of any exterior changes to you beautiful new home. Additional architectural request forms can be obtained by the “FILES” section of this website!
The “FILES” section of this website is only available to members of Country Glen Homeowners Association. Please fill out the email form above and you will be provided with log in information to view the files section of this site.
Should you or anyone spot an alligator in the lakes, please contact Management immediately. You should always use caution when walking along the lake banks or any body of water especially in South Florida where alligators are common.
The following is a brief overview of the community information and some new rules that you should make note of:
“Your maintenance assessments are due on the 1st day of each quarter, and a $25.00 late charge is assessed if not paid by the 15th day.
“Garbage days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Garbage may be placed at the curb no earlier than 5:30 p.m. the evening prior to pick up and must be removed the evening of pick up. If you need assistance with garbage or recycling services please call Cooper City. Garbage must be placed in sturdy cans with lids. Recycling bins are picked up on Saturdays as well.

“Lake Maintenance is provided by Allstate Resource Mgt. If you notice any weeds or unwanted growth in the lakes, please call 954-450-9400.
“Lawn Maintenance providers-We request that all lake front owners instruct their lawn services to direct grass clippings away from the lakes. Common Area Lawn Maintenance is provided by the Association. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the office at 954-450-9400.
“Streets-All roadways in Country Glen are owned and maintained by the Association. Please keep an eye out for vehicles that may spill fuel and/oil in our roads. If you witness any damage, get the tag number and address, then call Atlantis Management to report the incident.
“Garage doors must be kept closed when not being used for ingress or egress.
“Homeowners are responsible for their guests, children, visitors, tenants, etc. Should any damages occur to the common elements, the homeowner is ultimately responsible.
“All Association property, including the tennis courts, park benches, pavilion, tot-lot equipment are owned by the Association. Although the costs of maintenance, repair and replacement of the common property are paid by the Association, in actuality these funds are the homeowners’ money. Keep an eye out for individuals abusing, misusing, or vandalizing the Association property. Help keep your assessments down, report all incidents immediately to the police department and to Atlantis Management. If an individual is found damaging the Association property, the cost of repair can be passed on to that particular homeowner.
“All animals must be leashed. Homeowners must clean up after their pets.
“Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, and the like are not permitted to be parked outside of the garage.
“Mailbox routine maintenance is the responsibility of each individual homeowner. If you need repairs, please call Beautiful Mailbox Co. at 954-792-6245. Over time, as homeowners have attempted to make repairs to their mailboxes, they have become less uniform in appearance. Because of this, repairs to the box, post, or replacement of the box itself are no longer an option. You must replace your mailbox with the new approved mailbox style. Information on the new mailbox and where to purchase it is available on the website (www.countryglenhoa.com).
“To facilitate the quick processing of guests, we ask that you provide the gatehouse with an alphabetical guest list, in advance of any property.
“The community has limited hours of access for Commercial vehicles, delivery truck and workmen. The following are the hours in which they are permitted:
Monday thru Friday 8 am-6 pm
Saturday 9am-5 pm
Sunday-none
“Gates are programmed to close after each vehicle. You must wait for the gate to close completely before attempting to pass through.
“Gate openers (rfid transponders) are available for sale at Atlantis Management. We are conveniently located at 11011 Sheridan Street, Suite 208, Cooper City, FL 33026. We are in the Sheridan Medical Plaza just east of Hiatus Rd.
“Hurricane shutters must be removed or opened within 72 hours of the Hurricane Warning being lifted.
“Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of their swale trees. The association does trim the swale trees once a year, homeowners are ultimately responsible. Trees must be properly trimmed or lifted to remove low hanging branches or new growth at the base. Any missing or dead swale trees MUST be replaced with an approved species of tree: Mahogany, Gumbo Limbo or Live Oak. If you have questions regarding the proper trimming procedures, please contact the management office. Please do not “hat rack” your trees.
Living in a Homeowner’s Association is not just about following rules and maintaining your home impeccable, it is about community. It is about being courtesy to your neighbor, being proud of home ownership. Country Glen is a beautiful community, and only the homeowners can make it a neighborhood.
